AllesING! – These are the three engineering Faculties of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Together, we bring engineering to life for school students and show them how exciting and varied studying engineering can be. We also act as an interface to schools and other career-orientated institutions.

vocatium 2024

What does an engineer do? What requirements do I have to fulfil? How do I apply? What does the RUB campus offer? The study counsellors from "AllesING!" will be available to answer your questions at the vocatium fair. You can find an overview of the dates further down on this page. Long evening of student counselling

On 13 June 2024, Ruhr-Universität Bochum is once again hosting the "Long Evening of Student Advice". The Faculties of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering will also be there to provide information.

CrossING: From participant to speaker

As a student, Ellen Kristina Losacker took part in the "CrossING" event, where ING students receive support for a successful career start. In the RUB News Portal, she explains why she still enjoys taking part.

Studying on trial: The FWJ

The Voluntary Scientific Year (FWJ) gives high school graduates an insight into research projects in the engineering faculties and the opportunity to take part in university events. Interested parties can find out more here.
